… at the American Bar Association’s “best general law blog” contest? Walter Olson’s blog Overlawyered.com came in number two in the contest. Only QuizLaw got more votes.

For those of you not familiar with it, Overlawyered is a terrific and indispensable site devoted to exposing legal insanity. From outrageous lawsuits to ridiculous verdicts, Olson is on the case 24/7. Congrats to him for his much-deserved recognition.

Congrats also to the ABA members who voted for him in the contest. You know the legal system is running amuck when even ABA lawyers are agreeing with Olson.
